I have been teaching at Guttman since 2013. My classes focus on social-political questions of belonging and being in the world with others, the humanities and the arts, the environment, education, and technology. I am the dad of a crazy little kid named Lou, the dog dad of our cranky old Chihuahua mix Davey, and the husband of my wonderful wife Rachel. I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors, whether that is tending our garden or backpacking for a few night in the woods.
